    Our legal team handles Spanish labour and contracting where applicable. You get a clean handover.

  • Background and reference verification
  • Right-to-work documentation under Spanish law
  • Social Security registration (Empleados de Hogar)
  • Contract drafting and signing
  • Payroll and IRPF withholding where applicable
  • Ongoing training and case management
  • Replacement coverage when staff are sick or on holiday
